I have a radio shack hand held 200 channel scanner. I never had a problem with it but lately I can't get my channels to play. Everything is still programmed but the screen has Banks at the top going from 1-10.
I never saw that before. Number 2 has a solid line under it and number 3 has a flashing line under it. There is a -6- on the screen and the few numbers that scan but there is also FD/PD above the scanning channels. I think some things might be locked out also. There is an arrow pointing up and the letters SRCH next to it. Can you help me????.

Seems that since Radio Shack folded up it's tents almost all of the old links have dried up! And GEE, I had one of these scanners but have no idea where it is now? A FEW of the exceptions follow.

I just tried it by guessing your PRO-2017's id based upon what I have on my Pro-2018 and was able to download a 48-page PDF manual for the RS 20-423 (PRO-217).
