You are most likely running into the issue with virtualstore folder. See if you have C: Users%username% AppData Local VirtualStore Program Files World of Warcraft WTF folder on your computer. If yes, I'd do what uncle recommends here: Relevant thread explaining more on the issue: Or you can copy stuff yourself.

You into the wtf in the above file path, file all the lui specific wtf settings and copy from one toon to another. Probably this is built in into lui but I do not think it will check for the virtualstore folder so you might have to do it manually. Don't have virtualstore and I have copied everything correctly over and even checked the default still not showing up correctly on alts. And it is driving me mad because I want to level alts but don't feel like sitting for three hours doing a UI. =/ Thanks though. Everything toon specific is in wtf folder.

There can be only 2 issues with wtf really. Either wtf folder isn't in the place where you think it is (but you checked for virtualstore already) or files aren't placed correctly in the wtf folder. If it isn't wtf, then LUI may be saving it elsewhere (like in interface/addons folder which can be the case with custom UIs), in which case you ought to go here and ask if any toon specific setting is saved to a location other than wtf: The fact that you can't do it already with the built in tool for it indicates possible issues with read/write permissions to the wtf which is why I thought it might be virtualstore thing. That or some file corruption maybe.
