First time buyer of these new high-speed fish locators.Took me two weeks to get through to the help desk, every time I called I was 16 in line on the phone.

Ended up going through the internet help line, took me 2.5 hours of waiting and having a tech look at my card via computer. They found out the card was bad, I already knew that.

Sending me another, but refused to send it overnight shipping. Can't use fish locator this weekend. They want me to send the other back, but I must pay for it. Too bad for me I did not read the reviews before buying. I also blame Bass Pro for selling me this without advising of other products available. It appears even their own salesmen don't know the products they are pushing. Also writing a letter to the Company, as if they are really going to care.

I loaded the detailed versions of the two lakes I was interested in through my Mac and it would not open in my fish finder GPS system. I retried the process and couldn't get it to open in the Mac again either.

Just a bad chip? No return after you open the box, too bad for me! I am a fan of the Navionics maps and information which is similar to top quality maps/ charts but cannot get it to work. The lake master chip does work.

Run dos programs in xp. For those of you who want to run your old PC MS DOS programs on Macintosh, there way to do just that.
